These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern all transactions for premium snow boots, trendy Martin boots, and everyday casual shoes (collectively, "Products") made through Uniqueshoehub (the "Website"). By placing an order on the Website, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Placement and Confirmation

1.1 To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during checkout, including your shipping address, contact details, and payment information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in order delays or cancellations.
1.2 Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation Email containing your order number, Product details, total amount paid, and shipping address. This email confirms we have received your order but does not constitute final acceptance—we will send a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order is processed and dispatched.
1.3 Uniqueshoehub reserves the right to reject or cancel orders at any time, including (but not limited to) cases of: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these Terms. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund within 5-10 business days (per Section 4).

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 All Product prices displayed on the Website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes (where required by local law). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price charged at the time of order placement will be honored (unless the Product is discontinued or a pricing error is identified).
2.2 We accept major payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and secure digital wallets (e.g., PayPal). All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways to protect your financial information.
2.3 You agree to pay the full amount specified in your Order Confirmation, including any applicable taxes. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed, and we may contact you to resolve the issue.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of Order Confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons like Black Friday or winter holidays, which may cause slight delays).
3.2 Delivery Time: After dispatch, standard delivery takes 6-12 business days to reach your destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing (for international orders), local shipping disruptions, or weather events (especially relevant for snow boot deliveries during winter).
3.3 Shipping Costs: We offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. No additional shipping fees will be added to your order total.
3.4 Tracking and Updates: A tracking number will be included in your Shipment Confirmation Email, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress. Uniqueshoehub is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the Customer or issues with the shipping carrier.
3.5 Product Handling: Snow boots and Martin boots are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives with packaging or Product damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (see Section 5).

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility: You may return unused, unworn, and undamaged Products (in their original packaging, with all tags attached) for a full refund within 60 days from the date of delivery. Returns that do not meet these criteria (e.g., worn shoes, missing tags, damaged packaging) will be rejected.
4.2 Return Process:

  1. We will send a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.
  1. Ship the Product(s) to the address provided, using a trackable shipping service (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or incorrect).
4.3 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned Product (to confirm eligibility), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
4.4 Exceptions: Customized or personalized Products (if available) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

5. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

5.1 If you receive a Product that is defective (e.g., broken zippers on Martin boots, faulty insulation in snow boots), incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong color), or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the Product issue
  • A description of the problem
5.2 We will arrange for a free replacement (if the Product is in stock) or a full refund (including return shipping costs). You will not be required to pay for return shipping in these cases.

6. Product Availability and Sizing

6.1 We strive to maintain accurate stock levels on the Website, but occasional stock shortages may occur (especially for popular snow boot styles during winter). If a Product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 2 business days and offer a full refund or the option to pre-order the Product (if restocking is planned).
6.2 Sizing information for snow boots, Martin boots, and casual shoes is provided on each Product page. We recommend referring to our size guide before purchasing—Uniqueshoehub is not liable for returns due to incorrect size selection, but we can assist with size exchanges within the 60-day return window (subject to stock availability).

7. Modifications to Terms

Uniqueshoehub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
